Do you only supply consultancy services for Cisco?

In addition to Cisco we can provide services for a whole host of vendors such as Juniper, Fortinet, SonicWALL, Check Point, Palo Alto & Microsoft to name just a few.

Do you offer 24x7 support?

We do offer 24x7 support as an option. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If I have a branded product that you support, is your support free of charge?

No, all our service's are chargeable. All work will be quoted prior to commencement.

You're based in London and our company isn't. Location-wise, will that be a problem?

Not at all. We've worked and do work with clients all over the country and globally.

Do you take complete control of our infrastructure?

We can either Co-Manage or Fully-Manage your environment. You tell us what you want us to do and we will tailor a package around YOUR needs. We often work as an extension of the in-house team and complement their skills perfectly.

Are you able to provide hardware and software if needed?

Yes. We are able to supply hardware and software from several vendors in the networking and security space. Please contact us and let us know what you require and we can provide you with a quote.
